Dark Angel Film
Illamasqua commission the award winning French director Fursy Teyssier to create the film, in order to raise awareness of the S.O.PH.I.E. Campaign and to generate donations which would allow the Foundation to run workshops to educate young people about tolerance. Portishead kindly allowed their track 'Roads' to be featured free of charge.
The premiere of the Dark Angel film was by Urbis in Manchester City Centre where it was projected onto a big screen where many young people from alternative subcultures gather. Illamasqua produced a short film about the event:
