On Saturday 16th July, John and Nicola of Couple 3 will be taking to the bike in Preston Town Centre to take on a 12 hour bike ride in aid of Cash for Kids.
Go down and support them any time on the day and make your donation! Find one of their fundraising team with the big pink buckets to throw in a pound or two and catch the total fitness team for info on the gym and a bit of a work out!
