Every year thousands of children across the region wake up on Christmas morning with no presents. Rock FM’s Cash for Kids Christmas Appeal in association with ASDA wanted you to be a ‘Secret Santa’ and buy an extra present to help make a real difference to a local child this Christmas.
We are very proud and excited to announce that thanks to your kindness and generosity, we have managed to raise an amazing £216,000 in cash and gifts which was distributed to 6351 children in Lancashire who otherwise wouldn't have woken up to anything on christmas morning.
We'd like to say the biggest possible thank you to everyone who donated, collected, sent in gifts and helped us sort through the mounds fo donations, we couldn't have done it without you!
